Your Cortex serial numbers can be viewed from a Cortex Handset or Cortex Onboard app.
Cortex Handset
The Handset and Hub serial numbers can be found by going to the device details view.
Cortex Hub
Additional to using the handsets and apps the Hub serial number is printed on the serial label found on the back of the Cortex Hub or from the QR code label shipped with Cortex.
