Connecting your XB8000 to your iOS device via WiFi requires a few simple steps. Power up your XB8000 device. Make sure it is functioning and indicating all is ok- with its green status light.

On the iOS device go to settings>Wi-Fi find the SSID of your device 'Vesper-XB-KW*****
Click on this SSID and type in the password for the XB8000. Here the settings should include Auto join and Private Address. It is normal to see 'no internet connection' banner.
Now go to the WatchMate app on the iOS device. Open the device and tap on the bottom right and go to settings>connected device- here is the IP address 192.168.15.1
and connected device 'XB-8000'.
You can now use the app.
