If no power is present on the WatchMate devices, you should confirm that the cable that connects the WatchMate to the ships power is good. Below is an image of the connections and corresponding wire colors.
No Power on XB 6000 or XB 8000
• Check if Power Supply Voltage is present at 10 pins connector
• If present – check status LED
• Try to connect to unit via USB (vmAIS)
